Services

More than just a product, The MED Manager is a program that serves those who struggle with the
important task of managing vital medical information. Our involvement with seniors is particularly significant as many groups have adopted “MAX” and his simple, easy-to-update system.

Employees at The MED Manager continually serve the community with workshops for senior groups that provide a “hands on” tutorial on how to initially compile and then easily update The MED Manager.  We also speak to local groups about current issues of interest to our growing senior population. If you would like The MED Manager team to speak at your next meeting, please contact us for availability.

Topics include:

Identity Theft                                              Assisted Living
Hospice Care                                               Home Health Needs
Appropriate Medical Supplies                    Home Helpers
Health Issues                                             Legal Issues
Healthcare Documents

Topics will be added on an ongoing basis.  Please feel free to suggest subjects of interest.

The MED Manager Team works directly with Emergency Medical Service (EMS) who are
great supporters of MAX and the crucial role organized information plays during a medical
emergency. The MED Manager team personally in-services local EMS providers on our product’s
features and benefits.

If you live outside of the Columbia, South Carolina area, The MED Manager team can contact your
local EMS by email and provides a professional tutorial on how to locate MAX and take him along.
We have also developed an internet training module for non-local ambulance services to ensure MAX
is easily located, information accessed and when necessary, taken along.
